Improving your eating habits can feel overwhelming, especially with the amount of conflicting nutrition advice available today. My goal as a Registered Dietitian is to help you make sense of that information and translate nutrition science into practical strategies that work in your daily life.
Nutrition counselling is not about following rigid diets or perfect meal plans. Instead, we focus on understanding your current habits, environment, and lifestyle so we can build realistic changes that support your long-term health.
Many of the clients I work with are navigating challenges such as weight management, improving eating habits, managing chronic conditions like diabetes, or adjusting their nutrition while using medications such as GLP-1 therapies. Through individualized guidance and behaviour change strategies, we work together to create habits that are sustainable and meaningful for you.
What to Expect
1. Introduction and Goal Setting
We begin by discussing your main concerns, what prompted you to seek nutrition support, and the outcomes you hope to achieve. This helps us establish clear priorities for our work together.
2. Medical and Lifestyle Assessment
We will review relevant aspects of your health history, including medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle factors that may influence your eating habits. This may include topics such as sleep, stress, work schedule, and daily routines.
3. Dietary Assessment
We will take a closer look at your current eating patterns, food preferences, cooking habits, and any challenges you experience around food. This helps create a realistic picture of how nutrition fits into your daily life.
4. Personalized Nutrition Guidance
Based on the assessment, I will provide individualized recommendations tailored to your goals and circumstances. These may include practical nutrition strategies, behaviour change techniques, and education on key nutrition concepts.
5. Action Plan and Next Steps
Before the end of the session, we will outline clear and achievable next steps to help you begin making meaningful progress.

Follow-Up 45 Minutes $75
Nutrition coaching for clients living outside Canada. These sessions focus on nutrition education, behaviour change, and practical strategies to support healthier eating habits.
